Returns, exchanges and refunds

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available. This applies to concerns such as damaged outer packaging, a wrong or missing item, or a product quality issue.

Opened packets may be considered within this 7-day period. Please keep the packet, label, and remaining product so we can review the concern. Photos or an unboxing video can help, but an unboxing video is not the only way to raise a genuine issue; we can review other reasonable information.

We will verify the item against your order and provide return or collection instructions where needed. Please keep the product until our review is complete. For an approved return, we will discuss an exchange or refund to the original payment method, as applicable. Refund timing and return-shipping arrangements will be confirmed when your request is reviewed.
