Payment and dispatch

Orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not available at launch. We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours after successful payment. If stock availability, holidays, or operational issues affect this target, we will inform you.

Serviceability, charges, and delivery estimates

Serviceability, delivery estimates, and shipping charges depend on the destination PIN code, parcel weight, and selected courier. Available service and charges will be shown before payment at checkout. Specific service areas, rate tables, and delivery windows will be updated after courier selection.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. If delivery is delayed, unsuccessful, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact customer support with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and update you.
